Hey, thought I'd check this place out.

Currently 'ave"

9 Astronergy 240W roof mounted solar panels (Unirac mounted in serial banks of 3) @ 114VOC / producing 2.3KW into FLEXmax 80 charging two series/parallel banks of 4 (48v) wet cell batts into a VFX3648 inverter. Using HBX grid-tie mode (split L1/L2 legs of main panel) with CNG fueled 6kW Generac 5837 Standby genset. Experimenting with Low voltage (3v) water electrolizer to use hydrogen / O2 as secondary storage into . . . still waiting for it . . . a FUEL CEL?Huh

I love my Outback off grid system!! 6 years running no probs at all!! Gasoline is currently 'bout 2.19/gallon.
Electric rate?? Have to check . . .
