DOWNLOAD FREE HYDROGEN GENERATOR (HHO) PLANS

With researching HHO plans on the internet, we have come across several plans that you can use to build a HHO unit. Some complex and some easy.

Below is what we have found together with a report on ease of building and effectiveness. We have included a link for you to download them and assess them for yourself.

With over 8,000 files downloaded  in the last 12 months, we have been able to help many people start their Hydrogen journey and supported them with volumes of additional information in this Forum.

As you start sifting through the information below and reseraching in other web sites, keep one thing in mind......... you can make a Hydrogen Generator out of two Stainless Steel spoons - a bit of acid and 12 volts of power........ It does not need to be complex to work. If you want more gas produced, simply have more surface area exposed to the power and the acid, and have a way to capture the gas.

Though the plans are free for you to download, please consider making any size donation to help us keep this site open. Anything from a few cents to a couple of dollars will help.

Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Donate" button.

There has been over 35,000 files downloaded from this page and this relates to Bandwidth use that the site host charges the Forum. We do not derive any income from this forum and with very little donations coming through we have had no option but to limit the downloading to Forum Members only.

IT IS STILL FREE TO DOWNLOAD, BUT YOU NEED TO BE A MEMBER FIRST - TAKE THE TIME TO REGISTER

There are five sets of plans we have found.

1.

Run A Car On Water

These plans are free to download to registered users - please take a few minutes to register then go to the Main Menu and click to access this page again.

These are very complex plans and are obviously a few years old. Though they are classed as "Open Domain" by the author and freely available, they are being used by an organisation to generate money from the sale of the plans. This is very underhanded as you will see that on the first page you are congratulated in purchasing the plans, then on the next page it tells you that they are free. Because they say this I am not infringing copywrite in giving them to you FREE.
With over 140 pages of outdated instructions, it is very confusing and there is a great deal of "Over Kill" in the design layout. If you were just starting your Hydrogen voyage you would be excused from throwing your hands in the air and walking away from them.

Though they probably will work, these are not my first choice. The main advantage here are the extra instructions for water supply and design differences you could incorporate into another unit design from someone else.

Dry Series Cell

These plans are free to download to registered users - please take a few minutes to register then go to the Main Menu and click to access this page again.

Very interesting plan designs and will work.

The only problem I can see with them is the specialist parts you will need and stainless steel welding needed on the plates. There may be a problem with maintaining electrolyte levels with the design.

This plan design is worth considering. Current research has found that "Dry Cells" run cooler, draw less power and produce more HHO.

Consideration needs to be given to a reservoir tank for the electrolyte, and possibly a different plate configuration as the one recommended produces .4 (point four) of a litre of HHO gas per minute.

Smack Booster

These plans are free to download to registered users - please take a few minutes to register then go to the Main Menu and click to access this page again.

This is what everyone has been waiting for - Simple plans using actual everyday items that do not cost too much.

When I came across these plans I was amazed at how simple the design was. After doing a search on YouTube, I found others who had built it and recorded what they did complete with results.

If you are looking to build one, you will easily be able to follow these instructions with materials you can get anywhere. A trip to a shop that supplies electricians with their materials will get you the cell SS plates, a plumber supply shop for the PVC, and the hardware for the SS accessories.

4.

Report:
HFE Dry Cell

These plans are free to download to registered users - please take a few minutes to register then go to the Main Menu and click to access this page again.

Schematic plan designs.

These plans are for a 19 plate Dry Cell using +nnnnn-nnnnn+nnnnn- plate configuration

Though there is not a great deal of written information on these plans the configuration is well accepted and you can easily adjust the number of plates and configuration to suit your bench test needs.

The only thing I would include is an electrolyte reservoir.

5.
Name:

Download:

Report:
Ravi Pipe Cell Replica

These plans are free to download to registered users - please take a few minutes to register then go to the Main Menu and click to access this page again.

This is an in-depth Research Paper on a SS tube cell configuration unit.

There is an amazing amount of information in this Discussion Paper

It would be very difficult to give you an overview of what it contains - The best thing I can say is that no matter what type of cell you are thinking about, you would be able to get a huge amount of information from this report.

Through the pdf there are active links to an additional wealth of knowledge.

May I suggest that you download it simply for curiosity reasons - it will serve you well as an education source .

THESE ARE THE PLANS - PLEASE REMEMBER THE O2 & MAP SENSOR BYPASS EQUIPMENT - USE THIS FORUM TO DISCUSS BUILDING BEFORE AND DURING CONSTRUCTION

If you found this page through a search engine, please take the time to browse our forum - There is a great deal of useful HHO information here......

I have just posted a series of videos that show you a step by step process to make a HHO generator.

This is a series of "Must See" videos - It will identify ways to get maximum HHO production from an innovative array design.

Information on Hydrogen Generators is all over the Internet but it is difficult to find enough to help people answer most of their questions. We constantly cruse the web looking for useful information and place it in this forum as an easy one-stop information source.

Please feel free to contribute any information you find for the benefit of our HHO community.

We hope you enjoy your visit to the RYFB Forum.
